Frequently Asked Questions

  • How agents get paid?

    Agents are paid directly from Escrow after the transaction is closed. From the app, agents have full visibility into gross commission, fees, any referral fee for inbound referral and commission disbursement instructions.

  • How do I get the support?

    We are not a brokerage where agents are left to defend themselves. We are here to support you and see you succeed. You can contact broker, experienced agents using email, text or phone.

  • Can I switch commission plans?

    Yes. We allow you to switch commission plans. Note everytime you switch, your anniversary year for any fee caps gets updated to plan change date.

  • Is there a training or mentorship program?

    Yes. New agents can select a mentor to pair and work on transactions. Experienced agents can work with a coach 1:1 to increase the business. We also conduct regular trainings, workshops and continuous education webinars.



  • Is there a contract?

    There is no contract holding you hostage to the brokerage. You can join or leave anytime.



  • What happens to listings if I leave?

    Pending transactions close and you will get paid. You will have access to the app until all pending transactions are closed. If you would like to transfer out any active listings, you are welcome to do so. We will support your choice.
